(45 m2): living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. It's possible to add an extra bed (with extra charge, typology +1).
They can be located on the 1st or 2nd floor with balcony furnished with table and chairs. They have an oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, telephone for internal use, washing machine, hairdryer. All of the apartments have an equipped kitchenette with cooking utensils.

Costs to be paid upon arrival

COMPULSORY CHARGES (to be paid upon arrival)
              
UTILITY FEE: from 14.06 to 12.09 per person per day: € 10,00 adult; € 5,00 child 3/11.99 y.o.; infants: 0/2.99 y.o. free. This fee covers gas, electricity, water, 1 set of bed and bath linens (bed and bath linens are changed after 7 nights only for bookings of 14 consecutive nights)      
FINAL CLEANING: € 80,00. Cleaning of the kitchenette and waste disposal are responsibility of the guests. If these obligations are not complied with, a penalty of € 50,00 will be charged for not cleaning the kitchenette and a further € 50,00 for not disposing the waste.
CITY TAX: mandatory in Villasimius in cash, the amount may change.        
DEPOSIT: € 200,00 refundable at the end of the stay, providing no damage or misuse of the apartment has occurred. In case of check-out outside office hours, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer (additional charges will be applied).
